Data Retention

For services you purchase from Shoreline – Because the need to effectively communicate with our clients (you) during any part of the Shoreline service process is absolutely essential, your personal information may be shared with Shoreline employees. They will protect your personal information in accordance with the Shoreline’s Privacy Policy.
Your personal information may also be shared with third parties affiliated with Shoreline to help provide Shoreline’s services to you. We require that these individuals and companies affiliated with Shoreline safeguard your personal information in accordance with Shoreline’s Privacy Policy. How to OPT OUT of Service Communications
As a client receiving Shoreline services, you must be willing to receive communications from Shoreline from email, text and phone communications. These communications are necessary to deliver our service to you and may include account updates, appointment reminders etc. Shoreline does not use your personal information for any purpose other than to assist you in providing information and the services you have requested. If you choose to “opt out” of receiving any communications from Shoreline, then Shoreline will not be able to deliver our service to you and your account must be closed. If you do not want to receive communications from Shoreline you may “opt out” by closing our account as outlined in your Service Agreement with Shoreline.

We have elected to comply with the second option. (See “How to OPT OUT of Service Communications” above.)
